Ability to vary attorney fee allocations based on whether they are the originating attorney or not

I have a situation where one attorney in the firm gets a 65% Fee Allocation for cases where he is the originating attorney (ie. his clients) and a 50% Fee Allocation for work on cases where he is NOT the originating attorney. I know this can be over-ridden on a matter level however it would be easier if I could designate the 50% fee on non-originating cases in the same manner I do on cases where he is the originating attorney. His work on non-originating cases is almost exclusively with another attorney in the firm, if that would help somehow.

We are new to CosmoLex, moving from Juris.  I never know until I’m running reports after billing what work this attorney has done for the other attorney (hence why it would be easier if I could designate the different fee for his work on non-originating cases).  To determine attorney pay in Juris I run a Working Timekeeper Analysis Report which gives me the billed hours and fees received.  Was sort of hoping that CosmoLex would make this calculation much easier for me.
