Hi, I kept having issues sharing client documents with our clients through the portal until this morning when I happened to actually go *into* the client documents tab and, after some poking around, realized I had to manually share documents one by one. Did I miss some literature or anything saying that even though the box is checked saying to share all client documents in the client portal, that I had to go in and manually click each one and hit “share?” Or is there another way around this? It seems redundant after having the client go through setting up an account and us already having to go in to give them permission to view it.
If there is no way around it, is there any way to set it up so that I don’t have to manually click every single document, hit share, then hit “Yes” at the pop up? I had a good 30 or so documents to share with a client and again it seemed silly that I couldn’t select them all and batch-share, or just share the folder containing said documents within the client folder all at once.
