We are pleased to announce the release of Live Chat Support, available from both our application and support portal!
You asked, and we listened. Our goal with Live Chat is to provide our clients an easy and fast way to contact us when they need our help, in addition to our knowledge base, phone, and email channels.
The Live Chat button is available in the following two places:
- When you log in to CosmoLex, on the lower left-hand side of the application
- When visiting our support portal page on the upper right-hand side of the browser page
Clicking the button opens up a dialog box to begin chatting with one of our support representatives. The pop-up can be moved, minimized, and closed as you see fit.
